Receptionist (student part-time)

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complex management of the reception area
• Effective and professional communication with employees, providing information
• Handling incoming requests received via email
• Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Receipt of incoming mail and deliveries, registration in internal system and distribution to final recipient; preparation of outgoing mail
• Other administrative and organizational support of operative character

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• University student (full-time daily study), preferably in Economics or Business Administration
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional personal presentation
• Strong customer service orientation
• Attention to detail
• Proficient skills in use of MS Office Applications
• English on communicative level
• Ability to coordinate and respond to multiple priorities with tight deadlines
• Energetic and driven with a real hands-on approach to the job
