Business Analyst for Corporates & Markets (all humans)

Erste Digital’s Corporate Services Department is part of Erste Digital’s Corporates & Markets Division and provides IT Services for the Lending Services/Holding Back-Office, CRM (Group Large Corporate, Treasury, Private Banking, Stiftung, EBV) and Factoring Business (InterMarket Bank) of Erste Group. Through cross-functional Agile teams (Business and IT), we support the entire lifecycle of our applications, including analysis, design, implementation, test, and production support.
What to do:
- Close cooperation to our business partners for business processes/requirements analysis and Business Architecture definition
- Translate Business Architecture into IT system requirements (IT Architecture) following best practices
- Ensure coordination between our business partners and our development teams to derive software requirements specifications, review functional designs with regards to final solution architecture – through the whole process of implementation, testing and daily operations
- Design and develop test cases with our Business Partners and support them during the testing process
- Work in an Agile environment, try new approaches and actively contribute to our Agile development, striving to constantly improve our way of working.
You check these boxes:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the IT / Financial Services field
- Strong analytical thinking skills and proactive attitude, positive problem-solving skills, stress resistance and high self-motivation
- Experience with Agile delivery methods by using Epics, User Stories and Use Cases including using specific tools like Jira and Confluence
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
- Experience in working with and managing external Solution Vendors / Service Providers
- Team player with a hands-on mentality, who appreciates the cooperation with the business counterparts
- Focus on internal customers’ needs and enjoy providing optimal solutions for our internal customers

- A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2.800 gross per month for this full time position.
