Job description, responsibilities and duties

In the role you will be responsible for visitors, reception, post office, purchase orders and administrative tasks related to Plant Manager.

In the role you will be responsible for: 
• Visitors (catering) and ensuring transport / accomodation
• Refreshment, office supplies orders
• Reception and meeting rooms 
• Collection of information and preparing presentations for  Plant Manager
• Organization of business trips and meetings 
• Mail (post) registration and ordering courier services
• Internal communication
• Administrative activities 
• Orders in SAP system - create and process
• Performing  other administrative tasks according to the requirements of Plant Manager
• Flexible working hours
