What you can expect to work on:
- People - developing and maintaining engineering competencies at the factory (including technical and leadership competencies, talent review, career and succession planning
- Fixed Asset Planning - ensuring optimal decisions are made/implemented regarding factory assets (including investment cycle and 3 years plan), in alignment with the market business strategy. Managing accordingly the factory engineering data
- Project Management - monitoring capital investments, ensuring proper use of the 7 Project foundations to successfully complete the projects. Fostering early management methodology
- M&I - enabling high performance operations, by providing asset maintenance according to Nestlé strategy, using TPM/PM as the multi-disciplined approach to maintain/improve fixed assets, and AMM to manage their life cycle
- Industrial Services - ensuring that the needs of Production regarding utilities are fulfilled and optimized and that all utilities that are/may be exposed to the products are treated according to the food safety acceptance criteria
- E&A/MES - ensuring that the electrical services, degree of automation and MES at factory site level are in line with the business requirements
- Energy/Water/SHE Management - ensuring optimal and sustainable operations at factory level by following the energy/water management approach, driving the corresponding reporting system and respecting SHE policies
- Process & Packaging Optimization - driving I&R. Initiating/coordinating implementation of new processes/technologies with relevant market, PTC, corporate and SBU engineering
You are a perfect fit if you have:
- Previous experience in the industry (production, maintenance, industrial services) on a similar role (team management, investment projects, fixed assets maintenance, budget preparation, project management, continuous improvement, etc., preferably in FMCG related manufacturing environment
- English language on business standard
- Line management with demonstrated capability to lead a larger group
- Proven track record in delivering results through others
- Strong leadership skills
