Na čom budete pracovať:
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON:- Inspire and empower excellence in safety, health and environmental sustainability across the entire Regional organisation (CZ, SK, HU)
- Create a compelling understanding of the Nestlé SH&E values and inspire stakeholders to excel in compliance & continuous improvement
- Identify SH&E priorities, current & future challenges, and opportunities for change at regional level
- Guide implementation of the NSMS, NEMS, and other group SH&E standards
- Ensure training and coaching is provided to managers and team leaders to help them take ownership, and lead & manage SH&E within their area of responsibility
- Develop & coordinate SH&E networks of professionals, champions, and SMEs on a regional basis
- Ensure managers receive trusted guidance & support on relevant SH&E matters, along the value chain. Identify expertise and good practices from inside and outside Nestlé and communicate them internally (both within the region and beyond)
- Ensure compliance is regularly audited and performance assessed, and the results used to drive further improvement
YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU:
- University degree preferred
- Relevant work experience in SHE from a production company
- Managerial exposure
- English language on business standard
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, team player, adaptability, flexibility
- Exposure on a regional position as an advantage
