Job description, responsibilities and duties

​Perform general administrative duties and office management (ensuring day-to-day
​operation of the office)
​Consular affairs (receiving visa, passport and document authentication
​application)
​Daily news translation, translation and interpretation
​Assistance in contacting and maintaining contacts with Slovak institutions
​Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and handle incoming and outgoing
​correspondence.
​Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and
​productivity​
