Are you an expert in active sourcing and candidate relationship management? Do you have a keen eye for talent and excel at market research? We are seeking a highly skilled HR Active Sourcing Expert to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for various positions within our organization. You will utilize your expertise in candidate research, LinkedIn talent insights intelligence, and sourcing technology to develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough candidate research and market analysis through LinkedIn Talent Inisghts to identify potential candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter talent intelligence and other sourcing tools to develop a comprehensive candidate pool.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure they remain engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and provide strategic sourcing recommendations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate interview experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sourcing trends and technologies to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with the HR & recruiting teams in different countries to develop and implement best practices for candidate sourcing and relationship management.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on candidate sourcing activities and metrics.

1 800 EUR/mesiacbase salary from EUR 1 800 gross / per month / depending on the language skills and seniority of the candidate, paid guaranteed 14 times per year + variable components up to EUR 160 per month.

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in active sourcing, candidate relationship management, and market research.
• In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn talent insights, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing talent acquisition tools.
• Strong understanding of candidate interview experience and how it impacts recruitment.
• Familiarity with sourcing technology and its effective utilization in candidate identification and engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates, HR teams and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and resources.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate candidate sourcing and data management.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and sourcing.
• Knowledge of English and German language (both at minimum B2 level).
